Foldforming is a broad and diverse metal shaping technology. Due to its nature, the results will be slightly different than "the one before" though a skilled practitioner can make duplicates with reasonable precision. There is no limit to the variety. Further, they can often be worn with either side facing out as the textures and features are on both sides. Some pictures show just the body of the earring, to which an earwire would be attached. The darkness in the pictures helps show creases, textures, and contours. None of these are oxidized or have patinas - they are all shiny new! Here are just a few examples.
