Spinner, Fidget, or Anxiety Rings

Welded and forged - and 100% handmade, naturally - these are made from at least two separate rings. The narrower one is essentially a stacker ring which moves independently inside a concave valley of the wider one. The stock version features a slightly hammered or faceted surface on both bands.
